Rehabilitation of inertial injuries of the cervical segment – whiplash injuries
Urazy typu whiplash (ang. Whiplash Injury, WI - uraz smagnięcia biczem).
Whiplash injuries cause a number of adverse symptoms referred to as Whiplash Associated Disorders (WAD), which are often a source of chronic disability of patients. Symptoms that accompany patients after this injury are:
- cervical pain
- stiffness and limited range of movement in the neck
- dizziness and balance disorders
- pain in the temporo-mandibular joint
- vision problems - disturbances in eye accommodation
These injuries rank 16 on the list of the most common annual illnesses globally, and 70% of all people involved in a traffic accident have the symptoms of the whiplash syndrome. We conduct scientific research in the field of optimization and improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for the treatment of whiplash injury. Thanks to the procedures applied and our own observations, and close cooperation with specialists in the field of neurology, dentistry, ENT - laryngology, speech therapy and optometry, we have managed to cure many patients with this problem, enabling them to return to full fitness, life without pain and dizziness.
Rehabilitation of the masticatory system

Properly carried out dental therapy, restoring primary functions of the tongue and
Diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal pain syndromes

A physiotherapy specialist deals with diagnosis and treatment of motor organ dysfunctions. Besides interviewing and examining a patient, often, imaging examinations or consultation with a specialist in another field of medicine are necessary to start the treatment. Treatment of the musculoskeletal system dysfunctions and peripheral nervous system is done by using joint mobilization and muscle techniques, as well as movement exercises. The overriding goal is to return a patient to normal functioning as soon as possible by restoring the possibility of
Diagnosis and treatment of postural defects
The Arenamed team deals with the diagnosis and treatment of postural defects. The postural defect is the deviation from the posture described as correct. The reasons for deviations from the norm adopted by medicine are different; starting from congenital defects of hearing, sight or bones, through traumatic or overload factors. We determine the diagnosis and treatment plan based on our knowledge and experience, using general medical and specialized tests in the area of the motor system. An important element of the diagnosis of posture is, apart from radiological diagnostics, a visual assessment of the patient's figure, his motor habits and compensation strategies. Depending on the patient's condition and the background of his problems, we closely cooperate with specialists in the fields of paediatrics, neurology, orthopedics, dentistry, ENT, speech therapy and optometry. During the therapy, we try to objectively monitor its progress by attaching photographic

Medical therapeutic training
Medical therapeutic training is a form of training for people after post-surgery rehabilitation as well as those struggling with functional problems of the motor system. Medical therapy training is conducted by a physiotherapist.
